![]() The virtual interview was fairly standard - behavioral questions, asking about experience, what questions I had for them etc. The second interview was with a manager on the team, was virtual and conducted via teams. My first interview was with a recruiter who initially reached out to me. I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare in Apr 2022 Interview But it was clear that even they didn't have a clear answer to what location I'd work at. Overall, the two of them were fairly pleasant. The supervisor wanted to know about my experience with triaging client, performing intake assessment, approaching sensitive topics with clients, etc. The hiring manager's demeanor changed with her supervisor there and she let him do most of the talking. Then I get another email from IT who says that the hiring manager AND her supervisor wanted to interview me together now. She said she'd call me the following week to tell me if I had the job. She also was careful to put on her "politician face" to evade directly answering questions related to how fast paced the environment was and what the workload would be like. Once speaking with the hiring manager, she was friendly and upbeat about the experience of working a BJC. She couldn't even give me a firm answer on what location I'd be working at and originally told me the wrong one. The HR person also didn't seem to know much AT ALL about the job I was applying for. I would get emails regarding upcoming interview from multiple HR people and it was difficulty to know who my point of contact was. ![]() ![]() The interview process was pretty disorganized.
